About us

Hello Social has grown to be one of the largest independently owned integrated media agencies in Australia. We ideate complex and creative marketing campaigns for the likes of Uber, Amazon, Paramount+ and many more.

Our team of 50+ consists of content producers, account managers, performance marketers, designers and digital strategists. If a client has an integrated marketing need, we can execute it!

The Role

The Head of Talent & PR at Hello Social will be at the helm of managing influencer campaigns, ambassador engagements and brand partnerships. The role will see you represent Hello Social in the talent arena, forming relationships with talent and key management agencies. You will be influential in helping establish Hello Social’s reputation as a leading brand representative in the talent space delivering earned and owned opportunities.

The role will also require you to understand marketing strategy, commercial models and the basic principles of people management. You will be influential, commercially savvy and a highly effective communicator.

What you’ll do

  • Ideate creative talent campaigns that ladder up to brand narrative and deliver on objectives.

  • Develop talent briefs, manage and utilise relationships with existing talent whilst sourcing and screening new talent to add to Hello Social’s repertoire.

  • Leverage emotional brand alignment framework to develop social and earned opportunities for new and existing clients.

  • Manage paid amplification in partnership with the performance team.

  • Scope and price commercials on talent engagements.

Who you are (skills and background)

  • You will have 5+ year’s experience in marketing/public relations & talent management.

  • Significant experience in social media marketing, negotiations and talent contracting and the ability to build and grow partnerships.

  • Knowledge of the marketing mix including: sponsorships, event management, content production, media and channels.

  • Flawless time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively to meet deadlines.
