Hello Social has grown to be one of the largest, independently owned, integrated media agencies in Australia. We ideate complex and creative marketing campaigns for the likes of Uber, Amazon, Target, Paramount+ and many more.
Our team of over 50 consists of producers, account managers, performance marketers, designers and strategists. If a client has an integrated marketing need, we can execute it!

The Performance Marketing Manager acts as a trusted advisor to clients and the business in delivering and executing digital media strategies. The role will be responsible for maintaining relationships with allocated direct clients and supporting the Client Experience team to deliver digital and performance outputs for large integrated clients.
You will be largely responsible for social media advertising budgets and Google ads, driving an online conversion outcome for your client.
What you’ll do
Set up omni-channel performance marketing campaigns.
Track performance based metrics - ROAS, LTV, CPA, Downloads.
Set up complex conversion ad campaigns and media budgets.
Optimise large scale multi-variant split tests to better achieve objectives.
Manage key relationships with clients.
Brief in the design team for best in-class digital ads.
Who you are (skills and background)
You have several years of Agency experience and a minimum of 4 years working within Social Media.
A strong understanding of Google Analytics.
Work with creative teams to create ads that demand attention and drive action.
Experience in setting up tagging environments. (Google Tag Manager & Pixels)
An expert in Google Ads, Social Ads and developing paid performance strategies.
You have a deep understanding of the media industry and all relevant channels.
Adept at meeting client needs and quality standards for services, and evaluating client satisfaction.
By nature you are a strong communicator and you thrive on forging strong relationships with your team and client stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or similar.
