Hello Social is a team of content producers, account managers, social strategists, paid media specialists and influencer marketing machines. As an agency our goal is to be the biggest and best agency in Australia. We want to do innovative campaigns, work with the biggest and best brands and have fun along the way. We represent the likes of Uber, Amazon, Virgin and many more.
We are looking for a new Senior Social Media Manager to join our fam. The role is primarily focused on:
- Managing our more complicated and challenging accounts
- Creating content, managing paid media for FB and Instagram
- Developing positive relationships with your 4-6 clients
- Delegate work to junior staff so you can focus on adding the most value
You are essentially in-charge of managing 4-6 key accounts. You will create their content with a graphic designer, you run the ads and work with a team leader to develop the strategy.
You will be working with cool innovative brands such as Microsoft, Uber, Amazon, Virgin and so many more! We encourage a fun and creative environment as that is what social media is all about.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- An absolute passion for social media.
- Sherlock-Holmes-like attention to detail as spelling and grammar are paramount.
- Experience working in an agency for a minimum of 3 years
- Client management experience.
- Skills in graphic design principles as you will be managing the creation of all your clients content.
- Great time management skills as you will need to juggle multiple clients at once.
- Extensive experience in developing engaging content.
- A base knowledge of social media analytics and social media management tools.
